BALMVILLE HOUSE
This perfectly situated Balmville home had half its rubber roof sheared off by a tornado in 2018. We replaced the insulation, added new plywood and a high-temperature underlayment, and kept the look modern with 7,000 square feet of mechanical-lock standing-seam steel, painted in a neutral tone that blends beautifully with its natural surroundings.
